I need to delete some posts in Forum or Threads but i can't find those posts in FireBoard. Where all those files located?
I am using Joomla 1.0.1.5

You can't delete/remove posts from the backend, you must delete/remove from the frontend, login using your super administrator username and password and then go to the forum and delete the posts that you want to remove.

Oh ya, in the communitee template, i don't see 'Contact Us' menu that can take people to Contact Us page and fill Contact Form.

Do you know how can i add that menu?

First time that you must to do is, configure the Contacts Component, you could find it in Components->Contacts menu at the backend administrator, add the Contacts Categories and configure the contacts component via Manage Contacts.
After that, go to the mainmenu configuration at Menu->mainmenu and then add one menu item inside mainmenu by clicking the New Button, after that choose the Component in the Components Group Box and then select the Contacts Component at add menu item configuration together when you fill the menu name(ex: Contact Us) and then save. That's all, it will display Contact Us at your menu.

I need to edit the Rules Page and Help Page in Forum, but i can not find it? Either in Backend and in frontend. Can you tell me how to find those pages?

The rules and help pages are retrieve from your content items, you could write your rules and help pages in your content items and then setting them in fireboard configuration in the Rules Content ID and Help Content ID, please change them to your desire content id.
