Please could you try http://www.chaptanservices.com/joomla15/advice/and click on any thing in the list. It takes a couple of seconds for the red x's to appear.
I have just tried my wifes XP pc, she gets same error im getting.
I dont think its the fisheye, ithink its the deeper you go into the categories?

Xtpo wasn't showing images either. So I added fullpath ($baseurl)to the path. That worked with SEF enabled. I dont know if this is relevant to my IE7 problem?

I assume the path for the spacer.gif is in the JS files so i can't see what the path is.

The path for spacer.gif is in png.htc, you can edit this file through your editor such as notepad++, notepad, wordpad, gedit, etc.
