yes, please help us because i have problem after install visitor data modul:

Sory for late respond because i need to test again the module in several server. First about the installation guide, i think the installation guide is like the other module, just go to the administration page then choose installer -> modules (for J!1.0.x), Extensions -> Install/Uninstall (for J!1.5.x) and then upload the downloaded file from our site.
Please be patient in installation because the size of the file is quite big. The module configuration just to change the caption(Your IP, Browser and Operating System).
This module will run properly in livesite not in localhost because the module execute the command from host server. If you try install it in localhost, the IP Country and the ISP cannot shown.

Your error code sounds like PHP is running in "Safe Mode", even though on your host they are happy to allow unlimited execution time (which is separately configurable).

This has come up before - in most cases people have sent a message to their host explaining that they are running a script that requires Safe Mode to be OFF, and in most cases hosts are happy to disable safe mode on your account (assuming they want to keep your business!)
