AJAX RSS causing conflict with mootools 6 Months, 2 Weeks ago

I have added the RSS feed to our intranet and notice that a page that contains the RSS and Simple Image Gallery causes an IE error - Internet Explorer is unable to open the internet site.... If I unpublish either rss or the gallery then the page displays with no issues.

I was wondering if anyone has experienced this issue before and what the solution was?

Hello Cathal, there is no any solution about that conflict, because Mootools have any trouble with other JavaScript, this is the trouble for all developer. Mootools library often can't works together

Just support Mootools team to improve that library

I'm having the same problem...

J!1.5.4 with yotheme evolution

When I unpublish the module works fine in IE7, when I publish it cannot open the web site...

I'm trying to find another extension to scroll rss but I can´t find it

There are any solution for this BIG issue? (60 to 70% uses IE7)

May I know your live site url and if you not objected, would you like to sent us your super administrator user name and password to our official email at camp26team[at]gmail[dot]com?
I have tried in my friend site, there is no error between mootools and our ajax rss module.
